From the Sidelines to the Frontlines The little-known story of unlikely women who changed the course of history during the 1960s. Though initially sidelined by cultural and societal expectations. they found their collective voice, becoming unlikely advocates on behalf of America's missing men. Navigating an array of challenges, they forever changed the role of women and families.

Chaperones: How Cellular Safety-Nets Shape Alzheimer’s Disease and Brain Health. Safeguards or Peer-pressure - How the special proteins called molecular chaperones help keep our brain cells healthy, but can also play detrimental roles in diseases like Alzheimer’s. I will share how our current efforts are working to define these roles and potentially target these proteins to slow down the progression of Alzheimer’s by targeting harmful buildups in the brain.
